Razer Thresher Ultimate for Xbox One not recognized by Xbox

Hi, I own Thresher Ultimate for Xbox One. I used it for some time without any problems. Then sometimes it wouldn't get recognized, so I had to either disconnect an optical cable and use the headphones without it or disconnect and reconnect a usb cable .After some time it stopped completely. Xbox just wouldn't recognize them as connected. I tried them on PC and it was working perfectly. Tried again on xbox, with or without optical cable, with another usb cable but nothing would help. I even bought a usb a male to male cable to update the headphones but it just said my headphones have the newest firmware. I'm desperate, don't know what else to do. I want to use them but can't and seems like I'll have to sell them as a broken product which could be used only on PC. And yes, I've set that toggle to Xbox at the back of an audio hub. Is there anything I could do to fix this?
