Hi All, I have a 2021 RazerBlade Pro 500/16GB (Device ID: E0B9E586-4154-4054-9C53-2FDD5BE9C325 / Product ID: 00325-82154-12670-AAOEM) and I wish to replace the original 500GB SSD with a 2TB Samsung 980 Pro SSD. If I simply copy what's on the existing 500GB SSD, including (obviously, the OS) onto the Samsung SSD and then swap them, would this work? Would the laptop simply boot up correctly to the OS on the Samsung SSD, or would the BIOS settings be 'looking for' the original SSD and prevent the machine from starting properly? Any help/suggestions gratefully received! Many thanks.

You can use software like Acronis to clone disk (it'll automatically resize parition to the bigger one) or Clonezilla (free tool, but it's harder to use), then simply swap disks and it'll work without issues.
