Razer Kraken Kitty headset keeps disconnecting
The problem is the software, the problem is the damn software. I tried everything and did my very best but i can NOT fix the problem at all in any way. Headset works perfectly and amazingly fine as soon as i log out of my synapse account but as soon as i press the "log in" button, the problems instantly start.
Headset disconnects, audio dies, makes a pop sound, it doesn't make a sound that the USB got disconnected, but the headset disappears from synapse itself and pops back on it and it does this EVERY 5 or 6 SECONDS, That's INSANE!! But then i log out and all problems go away. I can go on for days without being logged on and it wont have a problem. Only when i'm logged on. I tried uninstalling synapse, reinstalling, uninstalling headset drivers, testing on different computer, unplugging, replugging into different USB. EVERYTHING... It seemed like it worked normally yesterday but the next day there was a new razer update and all of my effort was just thrown out the window just because of the update. Why do you need to update the app so much? Is it really that worth it? If anything, you're making everything worse. Why didn't you take the time to fix the software problem for all USB headphones? I sent a message to support, they responded and asked me to answer a couple of questions about the issue, i responded and haven't received a reply.
I know its a software problem. Please fix it. A lot of money went into this headset only for its amazingly good quality to be ruined by a software.....
