Razer Nari Essential not charging (headset)

Hello I have a razer nari essential, yesterday it was perfectly fine and would charge as fast as always. This afternoon i needed to charge it and it just wouldnt. So my problem is that the headset wont charge at all, i did alot of things to try suchs as other cables, clean the charging port, but nothing worked. Can anyone help me on this?

    Does anybody know how to reset the Razer nari essential??
