Issue with Razer 7.1 surround sound app
Hi there,
I recently got the Razor Kraken headphones that comes with the 7.1 surround sound. However, the surround sound app does not work for me at all. I am able to get to the login screen of the app, but after I log in, it just minimizes and nothing pops up. There is still an icon in the toolbar though. When I right click the icon, there is only 'log out' and 'exit'. I can't use the app at all. I am using a 64bit Asus Rog laptop. Anyone have this issue or any fix for it? I have reinstalled it multiple times already and restarted my computer as well, and have also run as admin.

roastedmilkteaDid you already try to clean re-install the app? Make sure the audio driver and Windows OS are both up to date. If you're still experiencing the same issue, let me know through PM so I can start a case and forward it to the Software Team. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
