Razer Nari Ultimate Headphones Won't Charge or Turn On

Hi, My headphones doesn;t work. Trying to turn them on via the power button does absolutely nothing, and plugging them in to charge won't let me turn them on either. Also, the indicator light doesn't even turn on when they are plugged in via the USB cable.
