Razer Viper Ultimate

Hello, I have a very strange problem with my Razer Viper Ultimate, when I first had the problem it stopped working in wireless mode, every time I press a button the mouse lights up but immediately goes dark again. I did RMA it and got a new repolacement one that got the same exact problem 2 days later!!! My PC was acting a bit strange and kind of blocked me. I tried moving the mouse but there was just a lot of beeping noise. I then turned off the PC and restarted it. After the restart I noticed that the mouse slowly lost the connection again and again until it had exactly the same problem as my old one. Now it lights up whenever I press a button, but goes dark immediately afterwards. I hope someone can help me somehow.
