Razer phone 2. Finger print now working at all and screen freezes

So phone was working great till the other day the fingerprint wouldn't work at all so I typed in my PIN number to unlock it and it'll show the wallpaper but nothing else won't let you do anything tryes restarting it and it takes like 5 mins for it for process it after that it'll unlock and work but now the fingerprint still won't work and the setting for it have vanished there not in secruity and location any more

Hi there! This is odd. Did you install an update before the issue started? Please hard reset your phone by simultaneously pressing and holding Volume Up and Power Button for 7-10 seconds and wait for your phone restart and see if it helps.
