Wireless mode not working - solution

Hi guys I would like to share with you my solution to the problem of not working wireless mode. I have Mamba 2012 mouse but it may help also with other mice. What happened to me. One day I turned on my PC as usual, turned on my mouse and just like that it didnt't work wirelessly. I plugged cable and it worked fine. I've been trying many solutions but after a long time I figured out (with a great help Razer.Speedcr0ss) what happend. It appears that something (Synapse or Windows, I think rather Synapse) was trying to update firmware of the dock and it failed or the firmware was broken. What you have to do is: 1. unistall synapse 2. use razer driver cleanup 3. install newest firmare updater (if mouse is working fine-skip mouse update and go directly to the dock update). After succesfully finished update, Windows should detect dock properly and mouse should work wirelessly. 4. Instal Synapse. It doesn't matter that you are installing the same version of the firmware. Mine was broken so I had to install it once again. I hope it will help you.
