2nd Kraken Headset headband broken
I purchased two Kraken headsets and both have had the head band snap in half. I discarded the first one and bought a replacement and the same thing happened with this one. I looked around the internet and this seems to be common for this product. I have not misused the headset - just normal use and stored neatly. Now it says I'm not covered under warranty. If Razer won't repair or replace the product I will likely not buy another one. Seems like a widespread defect in the materials used. My question is how is Razer standing behind their product?
