Razer Synapse does not find my Razer Deathadder Elite.

Hello, Thanks in advance! I've had my razer deathadder elite for about 1.5 years and never had any problems. But recently the Razer Synapse app can't find my mouse anymore... I've already watched some videos and reinstalled the program several times, but without success. If someone knows what it is and could help me I would be very grateful :D
