Razer devices not detected by Razer Synapse 3 on Windows 11

I haven´t used Synapse in a while, last time I did was when I had windows 10 installed in my laptop. I later then installed Windows 11 and after 2 months of not using Synapse on W11, I launched Synapse and noticed that none of my devices are detected by Synapse... I already tried the troubleshooting tool but NOTHING. I've senn a post about a folk who had the same problem: /windows-11-not-detecting-mouse.84193/ Has someone found a fix???

I haven´t used Synapse in a while, last time I did was when I had windows 10 installed in my laptop. Hi all, I have the same problem with Razer Synapse 3.0 not detecting my Razer devices, I have a DeathAdder V2 and Ornata keyboard. I tried everything but in the PC settings, in the device item it tells me that there are driver problems. I uninstalled and installed everything, the devices and Razer Synapse 3.0. The situation has not changed.

Did you check if you have a machine with Windows 10 and verify that the issue is also happening there? Please gather your Synapse logs and save them to any online drive account. Had this issue also with deathadder. Not sure exactly what worked to get it to detect but try disabling the windows firewall and goto device manager remove hardware unplug and plug it back in so it auto detects
