Hey razer can you help for me I got "Razer kraken v3" headset t christmas and i got some problem when I plugin my headset it's didn't work or didn' detect like in this video short https://youtube.com/shorts/9TRQWNTy5sk?feature=share so pls can you help me?

    Did you try connecting the Razer Kraken V3 to another USB port or computer? Ensure to plug the headset directly into your PC's USB port, not on a hub. You may also try Razer's device detection tool from this article. Let me know how it goes.
