NVIDIA Graphics Card Was Not Detected

Hi, I've a NVIDIA Geoforce RTX 2070 with max-Q Design graphics card but it's not detected so it's using the Intel UHD Graphics 630. It's in a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 Laptop. When i look into it a bit further it comes up with it's PCI Slot 1 (PCI Bus 1, Device 0, Function 0). Can anyone help?
