Razer Blade Pro 15 Advanced 2020 RZ09-0330x - Battery Bloat

Hello forum, Couple things. I originally purchased a Razer Blade Pro 15 2019 laptop and within the warranty period the battery was bloating to a point where the laptop wouldn't close because of the curvature in the chassis. I was able to get a replacement and they upgraded me to the 2020 model that was basically the same but instead of the 2080 card it had the 2080 Ti. Anyway. I received the replacement in February 2021 and was provided an additional 90 day warranty on the new laptop. Well, here we are just under having the laptop for 2 years and the battery is begging to bloat again. It is not as severe (yet) as the previous one but I'm in a bind on repair because I use this for work and it is my only option, so sending it in to a service center or leaving it isn't an option. Now I'm not a novice with computer repair/building and the batteries are not a hard replacement. Is it possible to buy a Razer Battery and install it myself? I have no warranty to void but I can't seem to find replacements. I appreciate any assistance provided.

Have others experienced the bloated battery in multiple laptops? Or am I just unlucky?

Hi NightPort, PM me the serial number of your laptop and your previous case number so I can validate its model and start a new case for a battery replacement request. I will raise it with the relevant team so we can check our options for providing you with a replacement battery. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
