Kiyo ring light only partially lit.

Hello. Was this working before? When did this start? Does the same thing happen if you plug the Kiyo into another PC? Let me know.

It is still doing it, on different machines and usb ports. It seems like a hardware issue, maybe some led's overheat and shut off? Basically when I turn on the camera they all work and after a few minutes the led's from center left to upper right just turn off. Maybe a capacitor or voltage issue? It doesn't feel software related. Changing the intensity (turning the ring) does not make them turn back on but the intensity does work on the ones that are still on. If I turn the camera off and back on, they all turn back on for a few minutes and then the top led's turn off again.
