I’ve been trying to update the firmware for my Razer Kiyo Pro webcam since December of 2022. My webcam is functional but I just can’t update the firmware from version 1.00 to 1.05. Whenever running the latest version of the firmware updater it shows the message: “To proceed with the update, please contact Razer Support”.
When going to the Razer Support page to try and get support I inputted the serial number and was shown: “Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty”. Basically, I can’t contact the support team.
Has anyone else had this issue and managed to solve it?
