Hello, so i bought a razer viper V2 pro on amazon, and when i receive it, every was working for like 5 sec then the USB dongle dies, it never work again, I’ll like to know if I can get a remplacement part because I see no one for Viper V2pro on the razer website, and I also can get an Hyperpolling rate dongle because since the dongle don’t work I can’t upgrade the firmware of the mouse.

+1If it’s dead also on another computer, then return it to amazon, get a replacement.
It’s dead on another computer, and i live in new caledonia in pacific, the order takes more than a month to arrive so i cannot return it, my last option is the razer 2 year warranty.
