I have encountered an issue with my Razer Blackwidow v3, I’ve been using it for almost a year and had no issues with it. A few days ago when I turned on my PC the keyboard didn’t light up, it wasn’t recognized and became unresponsive.
I tested it in my work laptop and encountered the same results, I did a bit of googling and found the “demo mode” shortcuts, which also didn’t get the keyboard back up and running. I’ve been struggling to get it working again, but the limited warranty expired a few days ago, so I’m seeking help here.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? I haven’t changed anything hardware or software wise, I only reinstalled Synapse, and attempted to download software for the keyboard, but got stuck on the “Connect the device to your PC” screen as the keyboard isn't getting recognized.
