Hey there, I recently build a complete new pc and now I got a huge problem. I am using the keyboard layout QWERTZ (German) and we use the key “alt gr” for possible third options of a key (like the backlash on ß). But now it gets confusing… I can nearly use all third options of a key but not these symbols: µ, \ , ~ (copy and paste from Google). If I am using the onscreen keyboard from Windows I can see the keys, but nothing happens once I click on them… So 3 out of 12 are not working…Windows is using the classic “German” option for everything (no second layout installed)I allready tried uninstalling the driver and using the auto-installation after a reboot → no success... Does somebody have any idea?Currently thinking of just buying the new V4 if the problem can’t be solved...
