Stick drift and input lag on Brand new Raiju TE

Just got a new razer raiju Tournament Edition controller for the PS4. It has major stick drift issues on both left and right stick making it impossible to use in FPS games. What can i do?

    same here, going crazy, tried to update but it says i already got the last update installed. help anyone?

    Not much you can do. Soon official staff will contact you and offer beta firmware via PM, but it will not solve your issues. Tough luck, man...

    Same issue for me. I have the 1.01 firmware installed. It worked well for a few days but now the left analog stick is acting like it's constantly pushed forward.

    Known issues. You may get an beta firmware which solves one issue, revealing other issues. Then you get ignored by the razer support staff.
