Does this headset works for Xbox series x? Been trying to connect them but they turn on but no sound comes out, already checked all the settings i can think of.

    Do you have the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro? Only compatible with PC and PlayStation. You can check here for its full specifications and master guide. Otherwise, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model. Thanks!
