Razer Blade Motherboard Replacement

My Razer Blade 15 Base 2018 with Ethernet recently had some water damage and couldn’t be saved.  I found online a motherboard, but it’s the 2018 model and without the Ethernet port.  I was wondering if it is possible to replace the motherboard in my laptop, but with the motherboard that has no Ethernet cable and what would change
