It should be straight up illegal for Razer to even offer the Kiyo Pro. It has never worked, at times it may display a image for a few secs up to a min then its just freezes itself up. Now its gotten to the point (less than 90 days after purchase even) that it no longer even displays a preview in its very own software.
This webcam is DOA for everyone it seems and theres articles all across google stating the same.
Requesting Razer remove Kiyo from its store and issue a recall on all devices ever sold. Its pure trash and being sold as a Streamers webcam.
do yourself a favor, save the money, buy logitech c922 until you can afford a real Mirrorless camera with a proper Elgato setup. This razer thing is a real POS and a scam
