Razer Viper Mini Dpi Button not Working

I brought my viper mini 1 year ago and recently my mouse dpi button not working. I have tried uninstalling the mouse from the device manager and restarting my PC but that won't work. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Try on another PC without Synapse installed.

If it’s still not working, then it might be issue with the DPI switch itself. Btw. is it not working at all? Or is it working when you’ll try to press it harder.

Good advice, also i had some curious problems because of windows updates….after a few months they fixed it...just saying that it’s not always the hardware...

So you have answer. Problem with DPI button. If you still have warranty, you can RMA it.

I’m here to help. Please use a can of compressed air to gently blow away dirt under the affected button. Also, test if the same problem happens while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled. If so, PM me your mouse serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for the replacement options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
