my razer kraken kitty works perfectly fine as long as i have my lights off and it starts popping and sound cuttin out as soon as i turn my lights on? is there any fix or do i need a new one

Mine was frequently disconnecting when my audio was ‘too loud’ and it got VERY annoying.
Try turning down the RGB brightness levels through synapse! Your headset will still glow bright, but it should HOPEFULLY stop the disconnecting!
Mine’s currently at 70%. It depends on your power supply. I have a 750w. You can play around with the levels until it stops disconnecting.
Also, make sure your drivers are updated: Synapse; AMD/Nvidia and Windows.
I’d say you definitely don’t need a new headset unless it starts falling apart. ^ ^
