Razer Basilisk V3 stooped working (literally not showing any sign of life)

My Razer BASILISK V3 (keep in mind its not the pro one) stopped working completely after 6 months of usage, it wont connect to any device and its completely gone and out of power (except the little red sensor blinking a little. Im genuinly so f***king mad razer makes these sh1t products and get away with it (dont even try asking me to restart my pc or update hardware or update synapse 3) NOTHING WILL WORK

I have the v3 pro and the same. Was working fine last night, it's never seemed to actually charge on the dock, so I always use it wired. Now, nothing. Dead as a doornail. No lights, nothing. Not even when I plug into the pc directly, it doesn’t get any power. Thankfully, I have a backup Orochi v2 so I don’t miss a day of work because of this.

It's very disappointing to see that Razer hasn’t responded to any complaints about this, and I’ve read several….
C’mon Razer. Recall this and replace these janky things.
