Razer sale the game titled as “Returnal” for about 521 razer gold. When I tried to buy the game system prompt me to pay 493 tl more to obtain game. Even I had pay 493 tl more system set the transaction status hold. I write to consumer desk, at first they didn’t respond. But after very helpful guy reply me back and told that he notified the consumer care system. Yes consumer care system turn back but they return only the my first payment 521 tl as the same amount of Razer gold even retry to but returnal unfortunaletely system always give transaction error. I ask them refund my money , they said they cannot according to their policy ( I should have understand the system is a fraud , but why such a big company needs that kind of fraud action? ) . What a beutiful system Razer had ; it only refund my first payment. They said they understand the transactions number of the payment and the corresponding payment transaction id is valid but the transaction is still waiting. Its has passed days , no return from any consumer service about the 493 tl. If Razer in bad financial situation, I can send more to clean up themselves from the dirt they had from fraud action. I have plenty of money , let me know how much Razer totaly cost?
