My son got this headset. He is trying to use it with his Xbox One Series X. He goes through the pairing process but the headset doesn’t want to pair. He has the dongle plugged in to the USB port on the xbox, hits connect button on xbox and then holds in power button on headset. The green logo never starts flashing. He was immediately able to get it to work on his PS5 and laptop with Windows 10. Is this headset not compatible with Xbox series X? Below is the exact model number:
