Razer Barracuda x Dongle Not Working

As the title says the dongle stopped working. Only used the headset for a few days when it stopped working. Dongle wont connect to my pc or ps5. Is there anyway to swap the headset to a different dongle? I have an older barracuda headset with a dongle for it as well.
