razer synapse 3 doesnt detect my mouse

I got my mouse yesterday and tried to install synapse 3 but it doesn't Detect my mouse. I updated my driver , reinstalled , also tried version 2  , I watched many youtube videos but nothing works. I dont know how to fix this
