Razer Orbweaver not detect by Synapse 2.0 on ASUS laptop

I have a Razer Orbweaver that I want to use on my gaming laptop. I have tried everything I can find on the help forums from multiple sites and nothing is working. Windows detects the keypad in Device Manager and in settings device list. It is an issue with the laptop I am pretty sure as I bought one at the exact same time for my desktop and it works perfectly on the desktop. Are there any steps that anyone might know beyond reinstalling Synapse V2 and deleting the devices and files from my computer? At this point I am really ready to try anything. Thanks in advance for any help!!

    After going through several of the posts I found this video and it fixed my issue. Just FYI I used the 2016 driver for both the Orbweaver that showed up in my device manger/keyboards and the device manager/mice and pointing devices. My Orbweaver did not start working until I changed the driver in both locations. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PaR3aWTSZc8
