Same - just got the Razer True Wireless Headphones and fully chartged 100% they notify me of low battery within 10-15 mins of use. Anyone, have a solution or should I just return headphones?

You will need to get in touch with Razer support and verify the purchase. If you can verify the purchase was with Razer or a approved affiliate vendor then they will send you new pair through warranty. If you can not verify the purchase was with an approved vendor or Razer directly then you are out of luck and stuck with the issue. :(

4 replacements.  Each and every replacement started with serial numbers  232… giving it back to the retailer and will opt for another brand instead… too bad. I have been a razer fan boy for the longest time.

Utter junk. Tried calibration, resets, etc. No good, playing 5 minutes and it starts complaining. Will go for another brand.

I see the trail of messages and no RAZER mod chiming in?  I’m lucky to get 15 minutes of use before I get the “low battery” warning. I get 20 minutes of use before it shuts down.  The same thing happened with my first set purchased a week ago.

FYI: I updated the firmware as well.

Any solutions or are these just junk?

Update: I drained the battery and recharged to 100%.  It seems to drain faster??? It went from 100% to 61% in 3 minutes. It eventually completely drained in 25minutes.

For what its worth, it holds most of its charge from 8% to 1% lasting about 15 minutes.

Update 2: “Good” news I kept draining and recharging the earbuds battery throughout the day/evening.  I seem to be able to get about 45min of listening time before its depleted again. Progress...at a cost.

My guess is that the issue is firmware related.  The buds stops charging from the case reserve battery after it “recognizes” that its “100%”  I have a feeling the way the software is managing the power from the plug-in charger and then to the case then ultimately to the buds is the issue.  Would be nice if I could “turn-off” the case from charging and have the power go directly to the earbuds.

Update 3: The batteries don’t seem to “rebound” to an acceptable level of charge. I attempted to go through warranty, but the process requires so many steps that I can’t justify the cost vs my time….plus I’m still within the return period with best buy.
