My Deathadder V3 Pro  was giving me scroll wheel issues so I gave it for RMA to Acro Engineering on the date 22nd Feb.
 

 after around half a month i have received mail.
 

obviously declined it because the are all downgrades
 

 after that they gave me a good option so i accepted 
 

and now again no response its been 5 days since last mail
tried to call them they aren't receiving that also

what can i do please guide..

bro even mine i sent them my cobra mouse they told that they received the mouse but now i call them no on receives

and they still didnt sent me any kind of email that my mouse has shipped or received
