Ordered a product and did not receive a confirmation email.

Hi, I recently ordered a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse from the Razer website. I only just now realized after having tried to look at the status of the order since it has been 2 weeks and the package has not arrived; that I have not received a confirmation email containing the order tracking number. I have confirmed that I made the transaction through my bank already. I simply need help getting an order number.
