Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle Replacement

Lately I've had problems with the connectivity of my headsets, at first it disconnected from time to time, but now it no longer recognizes the dongle, I guess that's where the problem was. I would like to know where I can find some spare parts since they are my favorite headsets, I have had them for approximately 3 years. I hope you can find a solution, greetings!

I would also like to inquire about a replacement dongle. We picked up Razer Nari Ultimate from a seller. He said it was only missing the charge cable but it worked. We got it and charged it. It turns on. But the dongle is not being recognized at all on any PC in my house. I also tried connecting it with a USB cable and it say it is a Razer Nari Ultimate, But it is in the unspecified section and Synapse doesn’t see it. I have all the correct software too. So I am wondering if are any replacement parts left to get. I do plan to try and find the exact charge cable for it to see if that work too.

No response and they are not going to,,,Razer support is a joke, mine is doing exactly the same thing...and theres a bunch of other owners also, a quick search  are going to show you a million complains...there is a fix that you need to open the dongle and heat it, but is not easy and not guaranteed, i didnt tried yet...the other is buy one from aliexpress...another joke, because Razer knows it and they dont sell replacement's because simply they dont give a crap for their costumers, reason is my last Razer product.
