Deathadder v2 pro connectivity issues, again

I bought a mouse around 8 months ago, a deathadder v2 pro, for the first few weeks everything worked but then there was a lot of lag and no more connectivity at all. I wrote a ticket to the seller and in about 1 month got a new deathadder v2 pro even tho i asked not to get a new one. Now, aproximately 6 months after the new mouse has arrived it doesn't work again, same connectivity issues as before. It has been happening for the last month at least. I have tried almost all fixes razer has come up with as well as some written down by members. It doesn't even light up anymore, when i plug the usb into my pc, nothing happens, no sound, no lights, not even a sensor…

 

I've always been very careful with my gaming gear especially when a mouse costs over 100 euros. So it definitely doesn't have to do with anything on my end. Does someone know what i can do? Because i am honestly pretty pissed off.

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro. Does the issue happen when connected via wireless and wired? Have you tried testing the device on a different PC or USB port? Please send me your mouse serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.All the best!
