who do i contact about missing items in my order?


my order was for two packs of razer gaming finger sleeves and a free razer l33t pack to be included. just received my order and had just the one pack of finger sleeves. cant seem to find anyone to contact, the razer assist chat seems to keep spamming try again later anytime i ask it to connect to an agent. i have my order number and dont want to return, cancel, or refund...i just want the rest of what i purchased. what do i do?

hey mate, I have a similar issue. Did you get the rest of your items?


i started a case and they replied quickly...havent received them yet but im optimistic
