Hi everyone,
I have a Razer Core X that I’ve been using for the past close to 3 years now. Last year around April 2023, I’ve been using an RTX 3090 with the Core X and it has been working wonderfully until life took over in Jan 2024 where I’ve stopped gaming for 4 months. I’ve recently switched it back on and it seems to power off automatically after 30 seconds or so every time. I hope it’s not my GPU dying although highly unlikely. A short video is here (no need to view it because it’s self explanatory).
I also am quite frustrated because I couldnt find the product 15 digit alphanumerals because the box it came with has been disfigured by duct tapes as a result of traveling with the e-GPU. If anyone can also help me trying to figure out the product serials, that’d be great as well because the no. on the PSU doesnt help.
Appreciate any suggestions. I feel like I should just buy a 1000w PSU and hook it up externally without using the eGPU cover anymore but I’ll keep that as a last resort.
