Naga V2 Pro Scroll Wheel not working

I have the exact same issue. Brand new out of the box, all setup, firmware updated etc… mouse scroll wheel just stops working. 

SAME PROBLEM HERE 

new /unbox , work-then stop , change usb port , work 5min then stop .

i used all online recomendations 

scroll is dead ..

anything im trying to do isn’t working and its seems like a problem with the software that inside the mouse. 
Sometimes i can get the scroller to work properly for 5 minutes, changing from 2.4Gh to cable wake it worked once, turning off for at least an hour seems to give me more 5 minutes of scrolling as well. 
everything is updated and the same problem keeps happening on every computer I have. I can even feel the moment the tension of the scrolling wheel getting loose when the mouse isn’t connect to anything! So it’s most being a problem with the inside mouse software right? 

I want to change my whole set up to Razer based, I have an asus laptop with 4090 and thinking about Razer laptop with 5090 BUT now, when I just bought my first razor keyboard and mouse, and both of them(!) had so many software problems, im just thinking maybe my money shouldn’t go to those LAZY developers! My keyboard for example, that I bought just for the “snaptap” function, that works only with synapse 4, needed a profile from synapse 3 to let synapse 4 actually controlling and customizing her. Took me a week to figure it out!! And then when I contacted my brand new NAGA V2 PRO, synapse wasn’t loading the mouse function, NO driver or uninstalling/reinstalling things and nothing else’s you could think about worked! When i was completely about to give up- Ive gave that mouse last chance and connected it by Bluetooth and suddenly synapses start to get access into the mouse! Fixed the cable and dongle issue but that took me another 3 days of frustration!

And now.. now the scrolling wheel problem.. man I can’t even find a way to restart that mouse! It’s seems to not having any “press that button for 10 sec for a reboot” and obviously there isn’t any dedicated button for that!
