Razer nari ultimate dongle stopped working

My Nari Ultimate had connection issues for some time now cutting off audio or just disconnecting on its own, this time it did for good and its not catching signal at all from the dongle
S/N: 862130D09105186

Not sure if those are zeros or the letter O so make sure to check.... with O's as well please....
