razer seiren mini detected on pc but no sound

I watched 2 hours worth of guides on how to fix a microphone that isn’t working, that’s being detected but not working, guides on the razer seiren, I scrolled reddit and razer insider and everything for the whole day but my microphone did not fix. My brother tried helping me too - he’s an i.t. technician - he couldn’t find a fix either.

The things I tried doing:
- Updating drivers (they weren’t outdated and there wasn’t any new ones)
- Uninstalling drivers
- Unplugging and plugging back in - I have a USB extender so my microphone reaches my pc without a problem and even without the USB extender the mic didn’t work so its not the connections fault
- Testing my mic on another pc - was doing the same things
- Sound settings
- Permissions on my pc
- Trying another microphone - I used the mic from my HyperX Cloud headset and it worked without a problem
