I didn't wanted to make a post but it's getting too frustrating now and I'll get straight to the point:

My mouse keeps stopping/freezing when I lift it when playing a game. Every other button works but the sensor stops working.

Only 2 colors cycle through the mouse. Red and green despite changing the lighting profiles using the Synapse software.

The mouse was stuck in free spin. When I pressed the scroll toggle mode when the scroll was spinning freely, the mouse tried to stop it but it couldn't change to toggle mode. I kept doing it multiples times now it's stuck in toggle mode and cannot do free spin.
As a big Razer fan I've faced nothing nothing but disappointment. I haven't dropped it a single time and I've kept it with with utmost care. I don't think I'll ever buy a Razer product now.
If you guys know how to fix this then please help.
