84 / 5 000 My Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed no longer works when I plug it directly into the PC for the charger

I recently bought the Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset.
After having microphone sound problems that I managed to solve, now it's the turn of the headset detection when I plug it directly into the PC. The PC does not detect it as a sound output or input. But I can still pause videos and adjust the PC volume via the headset buttons.

Everything is up to date, the headset works very well when connected to the dongle, connected via bluetooth the sound is not good but I don't use it.

I'm on Windows 11, I tried to repair synapse, because when connected to the PC it no longer appears in it either.

What to do? Thanks in advance

And I must add that before I managed to resolve my microphone problem, the headset worked very well directly connected to the PC.

Same here, Headseat work on dongle but once on charge impossible to ear, Razer patch this please
