I purchased my laptop (Razer Blade 15” Advanced (2018) | RZ09-02386) second hand, in Europe and I am currently in Australia, Melbourn. I have the following problems with my laptop and need a service (it’s clearly out of warranty and I don’t have proof of purchase):
1. My laptop camera doesn't work
2.The battery seems to be close to dying. How may I get a new battery?
3. My laptop charger isn't stable during charging, the connection port gets disconnected. my original charger failed a few years ago and I couldn't get a replacement from Razer at the time, as there was no support in Australia. Now, I need a new charger for my laptop.
Anybody can help?
