keyboard typing multiple letter or not responding becquse of synapse 4

is there anyway to fix it iam big fan of razer i have all model keyboard and mouse and other i really dont want to switch but lately so many prb with synapse 4 

The bug is caused by having razer synapse 3 and 4 being installed at the same time. Razer synapse 3 or 4 wont uninstall the other version before reinstalling the new version. To fix uninstall razer synapse completely and reinstall preferred version. To prevent this bug always uninstall razer synapse before installing the version.
