I topped up 2000 gold, I was planning on topping up for X-Samkok, it asked for the code in my email which I inputted, but when it asked me to set up a 2FA, I inputted my number and didnt get a code so I tried again and it stated "your account is temporarily locked, please contact support"

Also, what is wrong with the system? It was my very first top up and was hoping to avail of a limited promo event in a game and thanks to this "FEATURE" of razer, Im missing the promo. Wow, what a way to welcome a user???? Is this how it is gonna be, and Im not getting anything jn return??? why is this a thing?
