NEW Viper V3 Pro Firmware failing...

Just got my viper v3 pro and upon trying to download the firmware. It is failing every single time at 100%. I am doing the mouse +_ dongle. It keeps giving me “Firmware Update Failed Please reconnect your device and try again”. Tried making an exception in my antivirus, running as admin, etc. Windows is up to date and mouse is fully charged.

I understand that you’re having issues updating your Razer Viper V3 Pro firmware. Please try to downlaod the firmware here. If the same problem persists, send me your mouse serial number so I can verify its model. Have a good one!
