Deathadder v3 pro wireless not working

After charging with cable the mouse is only usable wired. When I try connecting wirelessly it is not connecting to the dongle nor is the dongle visible on any razer apps (or device manager).

    Then you have faulty dongle if it’s not visible in device manager.

    If you still have valid warranty - RMA.
