Im having problem with this 2FA cant send the code to my phone number, i really need the steam wallet right now. This is really frustating. i have submited a ticket, still no response. i tried to contact them through live chat also no response.
Edit : finally someone from livechat response my problem and it is already fixed.

I'm sorry to hear about your Razer account OTP issue. Please follow the steps below and try again in 15 minutes.

1. Please check if your mobile has a good internet connection. If possible, refresh or reset your network.
2. Restart your machine or device.
3. Sign out and Sign in to your Razer Gold Account
4. Clear browsing history, including cache files and cookies
5. Try using a private browser in the Private or Incognito model.
 

If the steps did not work, you can submit a ticket or chat with customer service using  Live Chat. To do this, click the green chat button located at the bottom right corner. When you connect with the team, please provide the necessary information to help reset your account's OTP.
